Autonomous is a large, multi-team World of Warcraft raiding guild on Area 52 (US), founded on a simple idea: raid teams thrive when they're trusted to run themselves, and guilds thrive when those teams genuinely want to be around each other.
Our roster spans multiple raid teams progressing through current-tier content, alongside a thriving Mythic+ community pushing keystones at every level, from weekly vault runs to high-key pushing. Each raid team sets its own pace, culture, and progression goals, but the walls between them are intentionally thin. On any given night you'll find members from different teams running M+ dungeons together, theorycrafting in class-specific channels, or filling a roster spot when another team is short a body. When one team succeeds, the whole guild celebrates. When one needs help, the whole guild shows up.
We believe autonomy and community aren't opposites, they're the recipe. No forced structure, no micromanagement of how your team operates. Just a shared banner, an active Discord community, and a shared commitment to making this a place people log into even when there's nothing on the raid calendar.
