How Joining a Raid Team Works

Finding the right raid team shouldn't feel like a job interview. Here's what to expect when you apply.

Reach out

Hop into our Discord and introduce yourself. Tell us your class, spec, experience, and what kind of raiding you're looking for; logs are helpful but not required for every team.

Talk with a team lead

The team that fits your goals and schedule will reach out for a quick chat. No panel interviews, no essay questions; just making sure the fit works in both directions.

Trial with the team

Run a few raid nights with your prospective team. Trials are about culture and consistency as much as parses, and trialing members get real pulls, not a spectator seat.

Find your home

If the fit is right, you're rostered. If it isn't, you don't start over somewhere else; team leads coordinate to help you land on a roster that matches your pace if you wish to be part of Autonomous.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you are allowed to be on more than one team as long as the raid times don't conflict. Many of our members are on more than one team.

Life comes first. Tell your team lead as early as you can; we can move you to a team that fits your new schedule or shift you to a keys and social role until things settle down.

No. Each team sets its own loot system and posts it in their team channel, so check the team's rules before you trial.

Yes, package deals are welcome. Mention it in your application and the team lead will trial you together where roster spots allow.

Not at all. We have a large Mythic+ community and plenty of social members. You can join for keys today and trial for a raid team later, or never raid at all.
