Autonomous on World of Warcraft Forever: A Horde PvE Guild
Autonomous is bringing its community to World of Warcraft Forever with a Horde guild on a PvE realm. We'll spend the first month leveling and running dungeons together, then start raiding when the first raids open December 9. It's still the same guild and same Discord, but we'll be together in a whole new Azeroth.
About
World of Warcraft Forever
WoW Forever is a new, separate version of World of Warcraft. It isn't a Classic re-release, and it isn't a path into Retail. It starts from the feel of the original game: straightforward classes, deliberate combat, and a leveling journey that actually takes a while. Then it adds new content on top, including new zones, nine new dungeons, more than a thousand new quests, and a new playable race, the Skyborne, who begin on Zephras Isle and choose their faction at character creation.
Forever deliberately takes away the shortcuts that let you play an MMO without knowing anyone: no automatic dungeon finder, fixed 10 or 20-player raid sizes, one difficulty per encounter, no GDKP, and no cross-faction grouping. Some people will call that friction. We call it the reason Autonomous exists.
Blizzard's goal is a world that feels big, social, and worth slowing down for. We're building a Horde guild on a PvE realm to meet it, with the same Discord and the same people you already raid with in Retail.

Current Tier Progress
We haven't picked raid nights or a raid size yet, on purpose. We'll choose both in November with the people who are actually here, instead of announcing a schedule now and recruiting to fill it.

Also Raiding on Area 52
Autonomous started as a cross-faction Retail guild on Area 52 (US), and it's still going strong: several raid teams, from Cutting Edge Mythic progression to Heroic AOTC, plus an active Mythic+ community. If you want to play both versions, meet our Retail raid teams.
